Journey from from Thatgamecompany and The Unfinished Swan from Giant Sparrow are heading to the PlayStation 4 platform later this year as announced from the PlayStation Blog.

Just like with Thatgamecompany’s Flow and Flower with their PS4 rerelease, Journey and The Unfinished Swan will have Cross-Buy support. That means if you brought both of them on the PlayStation 3, you’ll have the PlayStation 4 versions for free upon release. The same can be said for those buying them on PlayStation 4, you’ll also be getting the PlayStation 3 versions for free also.
