In a continuing effort to release version 1.04 patch in October and fixing problems for the PC version, Capcom will be handing out a free DLC called Omega Mode for Ultra Street Fighter IV later down the road this year.
Omega Mode as stated by a Capcom employee in Capcom Unity is a new mode in which every 44 character are modified and outfitted with a new normal and special attacks to make each character feel new and balance.
