Call Of Duty: Black Ops III beta due late August

You must preorder though...

Call Of Duty: Black Ops III beta due late August

An update on the official Call Of Duty: Black Ops III website reveals that the beta for the anticipated sequel to Black Ops II will begin on August 19th on the PS4, thanks to a new deal between Activision and  Sony, while PC and Xbox One users will have to wait until August 26th.

Call Of Duty: Black Ops III seems very interesting, it’s Zombie mode seems crazy and it’s campaign seem to take advantage of the stronger elements of Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Hopefully it will innovate with new elements, then again, it’s Call Of Duty and probably won’t break away from the series template.

Unfortunately you have to preorder in order to gain access to the beta, generally it’s not a good idea to preorder anything, but since this is the 12th Call Of Duty entry, you probably already know if you want it or not.

The minimum requirements for Black ops III on PC are:

  • Operating System: Windows 7 64-Bit / Windows 8 64-Bit / Windows 8.1 64-Bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i3-530 @ 2.93 GHz / AMD Phenom™ II X4 810 @ 2.60 GHz
  • Memory: 6 GB RAM
  • Graphics: GeForce GTX 470 @ 1GB / Radeon HD 6970 @ 1GB
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Sound Card: DirectX Compatible

Black Ops III releases on November 6 of the current year.
