On October 5, Project Spark will shift from a free-to-play model to a free and open creation platform. This means that all previously paid downloadable content will be automatically free for new and existing users. Microsoft and the team of Project Spark will stop producing DLC and will encourage the community to produce more user generated content for a more open ended experience.
