Valve just announced a new update towards their Steam service regarding refunds on purchase goods.
According to the Steam Refund page, you can request a full refund for any purchase software on Steam for any reason, within two weeks of that purchase and with less than two hours on that purchase.
If you meet those two requirements, you’re good to go to contact Valve for your money back.
Valve also has a full list of payment options on refunds towards DLC, In-game purchases, and more.
