After weeks of rumors from sources that the next Call of Duty game would run in 720p on the Xbox One vs it in 1080p on the PS4.
Well, the cat’s out of the bag because Infinity Ward’s Mark Rubin has confirmed through Twitter (below) that Call of Duty Ghosts will be run in 720p to bump it to 1080p on the Xbox One while the PS4 version would be in 1080p. Both versions of course will run in 60 frames per second.
Hey, been on the road last couple weeks so haven’t had a chance to update, but wanted to confirm that for (cont) http://t.co/du9QZJNkLm

While it’s too early to tell what the PS4’s horsepower will be in multiple plat games, from what other news has come like Battlefield 4 running in 720p on the Xbox One vs it’s counterpart on the PS4 being in 1080p, it may look like the roles have been reversed with PlayStation now getting the better looking version of a multiple plat game vs what the Xbox will have.
What’s your thoughts on this news? Does Call of Duty: Ghosts running in 720p make you think twice on the Xbox One’s power? Leave your comments below! 🙂

Graphics are not everything. I believe gameplay (and physics) make a game fun.
