Although the collection was leaked on the mobile site of the PlayStation Store earlier today, Sony and Naughty Dog has officially announced that the critically acclaimed Uncharted trilogy on PlayStation 3 is getting a remastered collection on PlayStation 4!
The bundle called Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will include Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception all in 1080p and 60fps with better lightning, textures, and models.
The collection will also include new exclusive features like new trophies and a Photo Mode. No multiplayer from Among Thieves and Drake’s Deception in the collection though but players who pre-order it can get access to the multiplayer beta of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End along with the Nathan Drake Pack.
Players who pre-order the collection via the PlayStation Store as a digital download will also receive a PS4 dynamic theme for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End right away.
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will be release on October 7th in North America and October 9th in the UK exclusively on PlayStation 4.

This is great news! I have been hoping for this for a long time!

Looks like a sleazy attempt to follow Microsoft and the Master Chief Collection. Even the title is very similar. Pretty sappy looking if you ask me.

Comparing Uncharted to Halo is like comparing a BMW with a Toyota. Both are exceptional vehicles except one is more premium. Don’t get me wrong, Halo is a great series but it just can’t compete with Uncharted. They are both aimed to different demographics, too.

Wait, which one are you saying is the premium? Uncharted or Halo?
