Shuhei Yoshida has confirmed, via Twitter, that an app (similar to the PlayStation app for iOS and Android that was previously detailed by Shuhei Yoshida) will be in the next firmware update for the PlayStation Vita. The naming of the app as “PS4 Link” instead of “PlayStation” implies that it will be a Vita-specific version of the service. No further details on the app or the next firmware update have been released. We aim to keep you posted.
